The brewery
A little microbrewery in the light industrial end of town.
Kakka Alley Brewing Co sits in the light industrial area just north of Jurien Bay. You can't miss it: follow the rusty corrugated iron sign that says Craft Beer in big painted letters, park up, and head for the shed.
We brew our very own beer, and the range runs from a crisp Jurien Lager to a hazy pale ale, plus an alcoholic ginger beer and lemon squash for anyone who isn't a beer drinker. If you can't decide, the tasting paddle has you covered.
Inside it's all cray pots, life rings, floats and fishing nets. Out the back there's a deck, a beer garden under the shade sails, and a playground so the kids are sorted while you finish your pint.

Pizzas are the main event, with a few extras for sharing. This is a cray town, and it shows up on the menu too.

The shed
Half brewery, half fishing museum.
Long timber tables, cray pots on the walls, life rings on every post and a wood heater in the corner. It's the kind of place you pop in for one and stay for the afternoon.
Bring the whole crew
A pint for you, a boat in the sandpit for them.
There's a playground out the back, so families can actually sit down and enjoy themselves. Grab a table in the sun, order a couple of pizzas and let the kids go.
